End-to-end AI orchestration: the technical rigour behind absolute control of the creative process
A technical analysis of data engineering in generative AI. How Oksigenia orchestrates training with curated datasets to create exclusive videos.

At Oksigenia we don't consume technology: we orchestrate it. In today's generative artificial intelligence landscape, there is a dangerous tendency to hand technical and creative judgement over to third-party algorithms. However, after more than 30 years auditing systems, isolating critical environments and anonymising sensitive data, we have seen for ourselves that excellence is not born of a lucky “prompt”: it comes from absolute control over the data supply chain and from the end-to-end orchestration of every modern tool.
Today we break down the technical rigour needed to generate stable, coherent and exclusive visual assets, taking as a case study the piece generated for the night-time setting of Jasy.

Creation architecture: the technical rigour of the dataset
For this project, the technical challenge went beyond training a model. Oksigenia took on the end-to-end, exclusive creation of the 160 visual assets that make up the dataset. We did not use generic images; instead, we orchestrated the generation of every frame using a range of advanced AI tools. We controlled the creative process from the ground up, designing and screening each image so that the dataset would be an exact reflection of the brand's vision, with a level of coherence and detail that would be impossible to achieve any other way.
In parallel, the original soundtrack that accompanies Jasy is not a third-party resource either. It is an audio composition generated specifically with AI, orchestrated to synchronise with the visual and emotional narrative. At Oksigenia we control every variable, from the visual frame to the musical chord, showing that true technical sovereignty consists in owning the mathematics that shape information at every stage.

Getting an artificial intelligence to understand and reproduce a specific atmosphere—with its own unique textures, lighting and narrative coherence—requires intervening in the model's mathematical weights. We are talking about LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation), a technique that makes it possible to fine-tune massive diffusion models without altering their base architecture.
Once the LoRA file contains the project's “visual DNA” under our framework of Exclusivity and Isolation, we move on to the rendering phase.
Focused execution and rendering
To orchestrate frame interpolation and temporal reactivity, we directed the training of our custom model within the Neural Frames infrastructure. At this point, the external platform acts solely as raw computing power (GPU rendering nodes), while the knowledge, the art direction and the project's DNA reside in our parameters. It is the difference between renting a brain and renting an engine.
The result is a digital asset that breathes the exact identity we have programmed and orchestrated:

“True technical sovereignty does not lie in manufacturing the hardware, but in owning the mathematics that shape information at every node of the supply chain.”
Developing visual environments with AI is not a game of chance. It requires a mental and technical infrastructure that guarantees the end result is an exclusive asset of your own. At Oksigenia, that is our guarantee of execution: absolute control of the process.
Consistency as an asset
The real power of a custom model (LoRA) is not proven in a single run, but in its ability to stay coherent across different narratives. Below is another example of how the same dataset of 160 curated images makes it possible to deploy an entire visual ecosystem—in this case, the four seasons—while preserving the integrity of the brand and the soul of the project.
